Develop Success From Your Failures

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

Some of the greatest achievers of all time have developed massive success from their past failures. Nothing can be more inspiring then the discouraging feeling and utter disappointment that accompany failing. Failing is a major part of life. It always has been, and it always will be. Learning how to use failure as a motivator will determine your future success when dealing with the trials and tribulations that failing often bring.

Thomas Edison’s 10,000 plus failed attempts at inventing electricity gave him the wisdom he needed in order to succeed. If it wasn’t for those failed experiments, he wouldn’t have known what type of filament to use in order to invent electricity. Life will teach you invaluable lessons if you let it. In order to succeed, you must fail so you will know what to do the next time around.

The key is to not let your failure’s get too personal. When you are chilling at your self-hosted loser party, singing the following lyrics, “OH MY GOODNESS, I JUST FAILED BIG TIME. OH NO, WHAT AM I GOING TO DO THIS TIME? MY LIFE IS OVER. I WILL NEVER MAKE IT.” It is precisely in this moment of stripped dignity that you must get a hold of yourself, and summon that SUPER HERO from within you. It is during this time of darkness that champions and achievers are born. It is during this time when you stop feeling sorry for yourself and remember that FAILURE IS JUST AN OUTCOME.

Always remember…… Failure is never permanent. Failure is just an outcome.  If you don’t get the outcome that you desire, you just keep changing your approach until you succeed. My past failures have never stopped me from succeeding and they shouldn’t stop you. If that was the case, we would all be wearing diapers still because none of us would’ve ever made it past the potty training stage. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success. Use your failures as stepping stones and not stumbling blocks and you will be amazed at how high you climb.

Reflection Time For America. Time For Some Change

Thursday, December 24th, 2009

Time to Make a Change

As we celebrate the holidays this year and get ready to bring in 2010, now is the perfect time to reflect upon where you are in your life if you haven’t already. Look long and hard at every aspect of your life to discover where you can make some changes and improvements. Sometimes the smallest changes can drastically improve the quality of your life. I don’t care if you are Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, or Barack Obama because everyone in the world can improve the quality of their lives. Take the time to evaluate yourself honestly and precisely to discover what changes or improvements you could make that would drastically improve the quality of your life?

Approximately 40 to 45% of American adults have at least one or more resolutions each year. Some of the most common resolutions are: The desire to get into better shape. The desire to quit smoking. The desire to have better money management. The desire to have better relationships. How successful are these people? Its ugly.

The following statistics show the fail rates for new year’s resolutions:

  • 25% quit the first week
  • 29% quit after two weeks
  • 36% quit after one month
  • 54% quit after 6 months

Over 54% of the people quit just after six months. Are you kidding me? Sometimes it takes years to change something. While these numbers are not promising, research shows that making resolutions is a useful thing to do. People who make new year’s resolutions are ten times more likely to achieve their goals than people who don’t make resolutions. I believe that new years resolutions might as well be called PROCRASTINATION DEADLINES because they give people an excuse to procrastinate on making the changes that they know they need to make. Delaying changes until January 1st instead of at the very moment that you discover that a change is necessary is totally amateurish. I wonder if the procrastination of waiting for the new year to make a change is responsible for these terrible numbers.

I always start on my new year’s resolutions the minute I discover what my desired outcomes are for the new year. Doing it this way allows me to create GOAL MOMENTUM towards achieving my desired goals. I don’t put it off for a later date. I don’t procrastinate until January 1st. I go after it with the fierce urgency of NOW. If you are delaying a change that you need to make, I guarantee you its because you are not ready to make a change. People can talk about one day making a change, but unless they are totally committed to doing whatever it takes to make that change, chances are they will fail miserably.

Most people fail when it comes to making a lasting change. Many people desire to change their lives for the better, but the minute that they face some adversity or difficulties along the way, they usually quit and go back to their old ways. Lets face it, quitting in the face of adversity is always easier than being resilient and doing whatever it takes to succeed. Anyone is capable of making any change they desire. The question is, do they really desire to make a change? If you really want change in your life, you must be the catalyst of your own change, you must realize that the only person in the world that can make that change is you.

Here are 3 steps to making a lasting change. Write down these steps along with your answers in a journal. Review your journal and your desired goals daily until you achieve the results that you desire.

1. Decide exactly what it is that you desire to change. Be very specific. Ask yourself what is stopping you today from making that change? Write down how bad you want to make this change. Write down how hard you are going to work until you make this change. Write down what your reward is going to be when you achieve your desired change.

2. Get massively motivated to change. You have to create as much goal momentum as you can. Creating goal momentum can turn you into a powerful force that is totally focused and obsessed with making the change that you desire.

A. The more pain you link to not changing, the motivation you will have to change. Get yourself to associate massive pain to not changing now. Write down all the negative outcomes that will happen to you if you don’t change now. Write down as many negatives as you can think of. The more the better. Ask yourself, “How will my life be if I don’t make this change now?” Make your pain so intense that you will be terrified of putting off your change. The more compelling “WHY REASONS” you have to change, the more determination and motivation you will have to change.

B. Focus on of all the pleasure you will have in your life when you achieve the change that you desire. Write down as many compelling reasons as you can so that you motivate yourself to make this change. The more reasons you write down, the more inspired you will be to make this change happen. Ask yourself, “How incredible will I feel when I make this change? Who else in my life will benefit from me making this change? What kind of momentum will my change create in my life?” You have to get yourself to realize that your change is an absolute must. One of the best ways to make that change a must is to create a massive amount of urgency relating to why you have to change now. You must be absolutely determined to make this change now. If you are not determined to change now, you will not have enough motivation to change ever.

3. You must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will achieve the change that you desire. You must believe that your change is a must and your only option. You must eliminate failure from your vocabulary. Remember, failure is just an outcome. If you don’t get the outcome you are looking for, you must change your approach until you succeed. You must have a burning desire to succeed pushing your desire to change. You must be willing to give it your absolute best and nothing less. You have to make an unbreakable commitment to yourself that you are not giving up until you succeed because success is your only option.

To change your life, you must fully understand what needs to be changed. Being in denial is like being in disguise. You are only fooling yourself. If you really want change in your life, you must be the catalyst of your own change. Remember, no one can make changes for you. You are on your own. Don’t be your own worst enemy. I know you can achieve anything you desire. Get excited about changing your life NOW. Make your desired change your obsession and it won’t be a matter of if you will be successful, it will only be a matter of when you will be successful. Take your passion and make it happen now.

I Have to Achieve This Goal

Friday, December 11th, 2009

I weighed 205.8 pounds when I started my Fight Against Fat on 9/23/2009. My goal was to weigh 165 pounds by 1/1/2010. This wasn’t a crazy lose weight fast diet I started. This was a new lifestyle I decided to lead after looking in the mirror and seeing an overweight person that I didn’t recognize.

I was so disgusted with the physique that I had earned myself by eating bad and skipping workouts. I knew that a drastic change was desperately needed. I didn’t have just a “SWEET TOOTH” I had the whole “SWEET MOUTH” I knew some massive, massive action was needed if I wanted to get to my desired weight of 165 pounds by the new year.

I started working out like a possessed man on a mission. I started eating nothing but fish, chicken, steak, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and lots of protein bars. I was eating six small meals a day versus the huge portions I used to pig out on. I stayed absolutely dedicated to my workout routine by exercising 6 days a week. I charted my progress in a workout journal so I knew exactly what I had to do to push myself a little further by the workout.

The results were awesome. I had more energy and motivation than ever before. I was seeing the fat come off as the muscles were slowly growing stronger. I now weigh 181 pounds and I feel great. However, the goal was to hit 165 pounds. I now have 20 days to lose the last 16 pounds. The only way I am going to make this happen is if I get totally focused on the outcome that I desire. It needs to become my obsession. There is no way I am going to fail.

Now is the time for me to add more fuel to my burning desire to succeed. Now is the time to workout harder than I already have. Its the final countdown and I am more focused than ever. As the finish line approaches quickly, I know exactly what I have to do to make this happen. I am going to achieve this. I am going to hit my desired weight of 165 pounds. The picture below is the body I am after. He weighs 155 pounds.

This is the body I am after. This guy weighs 155 pounds

If I lost 25 pounds since 9/23/2009, you can too. Join me as we burn the fat. Join me and take care of your mind, body, and soul. Now is not the time to take the tranquilizing drug of procrastination. Now is the time to take control of your health so you can live long and live strong. Take your passion and make it happen.

Mind Power is Unstoppable

Wednesday, December 9th, 2009

There are many different roads you can take to get to the promise land of success and happiness. The view is just as sensational no matter what road you take. You just want to make sure you get there. Some people are able to achieve their hopes, goals, dreams, and desires while making it look easy. Some people have to overcome countless trials and tribulations before making their dreams come true. Yet the majority of the world will only experience failure and disappointment throughout the most of their lives.

Why are some people able to make their dreams come true while others can’t seem to catch a break?  What is the difference between these people? What separates the people who achieve greatness from those who can’t seem to achieve much at all?

Everyone is created equal, its how we use our minds that makes us great. Your mind can either empower you or your mind can demoralize you. Your mind can be the creator of your destiny or it can be the destroyer of your dreams.

Our lives become incredible when we discover the true power of our minds. All power comes from within you. When you learn how to control that power, you will be in total control of your destiny. Our lives follow our thoughts so if you doubt your abilities to achieve, you are destined to fail. If you think it is impossible, for you it always will be.

All outcomes and experiences in our lives are a direct result of our dominant mental thoughts. If you make achieving your goals the obsession of your thoughts, it won’t be a matter of if you will make it happen, but when you will make it happen. If you focus your thoughts on achieving success, then it will be success you achieve. Focus your thoughts on what you desire and your life will follow.

The quality of your thoughts are everything. If you master your thoughts, you will master your live. Your thoughts towards a situation will determine how that experience effects you. That is why it is critical that you only focus on empowering thoughts. With power and control over your thoughts and actions you will achieve the greatest outcomes of your life. You must remember that you already have the power inside of you to achieve anything you desire. It is up to you to unleash that power. Our future is entirely up to our control because we become what we think. Therefore it is up to us to think exactly what we want to become.

How to Deal With Pain The Proper Way

Monday, November 30th, 2009

Walt Disney said, “You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for you.” One thing that I know for certain is that everyone in life is going to experience difficulties from time to time. If you go through your life without experiencing the agony of pain, than you are not living. Difficulties strengthen the soul. It is critical you look at the positive side of your pain. What doesn’t break you, will make you.

No matter what kind of pain you are experiencing, no matter how bad it hurts, your attitude towards it is going to determine your ability to overcome it sooner than later. If you build walls around your soul to guard you from pain, those walls are also going to guard you from experiencing pleasure. I am not telling you to ignore your pain because that would be the most foolish thing you could ever do. I am telling you to learn from your pain so you don’t experience it again.

Norman Vincent Peale said, “Problems are to the mind what exercise is to the muscles, they toughen and make you strong.” Real strength and power doesn’t come from physical capacity. Real strength and power comes from within you. Real strength and power comes from your determination and your unstoppable will.

Pain is a beautiful thing because experience comes from that pain. Any pain in life makes you cherish the pleasures of life. Any pain that you endure will always make you so much stronger and so much smarter. Pain will make you grow if you use it in the right way. It is critical you don’t let your pain break you. Everyone in life gets knocked down, but life only rewards those who get back up.

If you are dealing with pain, remember the following:

Pain cannot break someone who has unstoppable will power.

Pain cannot break someone who has a burning desire to succeed.

Pain cannot break someone who is dripping with enthusiasm.

Pain cannot break someone with persistence and passion.

Pain cannot break someone who loves life and celebrates it everyday.

Pleasure is always just on the other side of any pain.

Everything can be taken from you, but the one thing that no one can take is your mind and your attitude towards life. You are the master of your destiny. Turn your pain into pleasure.

Dream While Awake. 3 Steps to Making Your Dreams Come True

Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

Dreamers And Doers of The World Dream Day And Night

The purpose of life is to live each and everyday to its fullest. Life is short, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be extremely sweet. So many people go through life just existing because they are not willing to do what it takes to make their dreams come true. Becoming an achiever doesn’t happen by accident. The Dreamers and Doers of this world were not born dreamers and doers, they became dreamers and doers because they had control over their thoughts and actions. These people focused and obsessed about achieving their dreams constantly. They busted their asses daily, doing everything in their power until they were successful. They didn’t know what failure was. Making their dreams come true was never an option for them, it was a MUST.

The reason that your average person is not successful is because they tend to only dream when they are asleep. When you are asleep, you are not in control of your dreams. It is those visionaries who dream while they are awake who become the dreamers and doers of this world. These people knew exactly WHAT their dream was. They knew the reasons WHY they wanted it and they knew exactly HOW to make their dreams their reality. Just dreaming about being successful and achieving greatness will never be enough if you are not going to make the necessary sacrifices. You have to be willing to pay the price in the form of blood, sweat, and tears in order to make your dreams come true. Daydreaming is the easy part, delivering is the difficult part. As you know, great things never come on a silver platter so get ready to work it.

How to Make Your Dreams Come True

1. Know exactly WHAT your hopes, goals, dreams, and desires are. How are you going to make something happen if you don’t even have a clue about what you want in your life? Start yourself a dream book. Write down specifically what it is that you want to achieve. Be as detailed about your desired goals as possible. Don’t just say “I want to be successful” or “I want a new house” or “I want to lose weight”. Be specific about what you want in detail. If you want a dream relationship, write down specifically what your idea of a dream relationship is. What kind of qualities do you want in a lover? What are some of the things you would do together as a couple? You can’t design your dream life if you don’t know exactly WHAT you want in your dream life.

2. Know exactly WHY you want to make these dreams come true and write it down in your dream journal. Write down the feeling you are going to feel when you make your dreams your reality. Write down the changes that you are going to experience in your life as a result of making your dreams come true. Write down the way you will be living when you have made your dreams come true. Write down how the people in your life are going to feel when you make your dreams come true. Those people who have a strong enough reason WHY are capable of achieving amazing outcomes. Empower yourself with as many compelling reasons WHY as you can. The more reasons why you have, the more burning desire you will have to make it happen. Lets take that desire and set it on fire.

3. Know exactly HOW you are going to make your dreams come true and write it down in your dream journal. Write down the necessary actions that you will have to take to make your dreams come true. Write down any new skills that you will need to learn in order to make your dreams come true. Write down the sacrifices that you are going to have to take to make your dreams come true. Write down any changes that you will need to make to your life or to your beliefs in order to make your dreams come true. Success leaves clues, chances are someone has already achieved your dream so learn as much as you can through research. What did they do to make their dreams come true? Is there anything you can do differently from them?  What can you do to improve on their approach? Set yourself a timeline. Write down how long it is going to take to make it happen. Napoleon Hill said, “A goal is a dream with a deadline.” Knowing exactly HOW you are going to make your dreams come true is critical to your success.

Write all these things down in your dream journal. Read it to yourself daily as soon as you wake up and nightly right before you go to bed. Read it to yourself until its memorized and internalized. You need to focus your thoughts on achieving your desired goals. Making your dreams come true must become your obsession. It needs to be a part of you. If it is just a hobby, you will fail. If you have any doubts, you will fail. You don’t have time to waste, so make your time count when its work time. Announce your dream to people you know that are going to hold you accountable. You will encounter haters and dream stealers along the way who will try to discourage you. Some of them may even be your family and friends. They will tell you that you can’t do it or they will tell you its too hard to do it. Turn your haters into your motivators. I don’t care what they think and neither should you. It doesn’t matter what other people believe you can achieve. It only matters what you believe you can achieve. Never forget that you can achieve anything you desire if you believe in your abilities. You and only you can control your future. You are the only person who can make your dreams come true. Don’t let your life pass you by. Don’t take the tranquilizing drug of procrastination. Take your passion and make your dreams happen NOW.

Walking Away From a Challenge is Easy

Monday, November 16th, 2009

Life’s Turning Points

Have you ever been in a situation where you had felt absolutely defeated from one of life’s challenging moments? Did you feel the pain of what you were facing just too difficult to endure?  Did you figure that walking away was going to be easier than the pain of keeping on? When people face extreme challenges in life, the easy thing for them to do is walk away and quit. No one likes to face trials and tribulations in life. No one likes to endure pain and suffering if they don’t have to. Difficulties make average people quit when they face life’s turning points.

Walking away from something is usually the easy thing to do? The difficulties and pain that people experience often clouds their judgement. When people are faced with the difficult question of whether they should quit or whether they should proceed, they fail to realize that this could be the turning point of their lives. You see when life is dark, it becomes difficult to see the light. It is during these dark times when stars shine the brightest. People often fail to realize that they are at a turning point in their lives. They fail to realize that their decision could either make their lives or it could break their lives. No one has ever achieved great success in their lives without finding themselves on the verge of walking away and quitting. No one has ever been successful without experiencing the trials and tribulations of failure. It was during these turning points that separates the winners from the losers and the achievers from the failures.

The X Factor

Napoleon Hill said, “One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat.”  Failure is only permanent when you have accepted it as permanent. A little more perseverance, a little more determination, and belief in your abilities is what usually separates total failure from the glory of success.

If you are at a turning point in your life, walking away may seem like the easy thing to do. It also might seem like the logical thing to do at the moment because you think that your pain will not last that long. However, walking away doesn’t come for free. Walking away often comes with the scars to your soul that quitting brings. Walking away also brings the everlasting doubt of what could’ve been if you had just persevered a little longer. Napoleon Bonaparte “Victory belongs to the most persevering.” When you find yourself at one of life’s defining moments, think long and hard at what you are about to do because you will have to live with the consequences forever. Quitting something you love, something that you’ve dreamed about will scar you forever.  Remember that pleasure is on the other side of pain. Sometimes the most painful things in your life can end up being the most rewarding things in your life. Quitters never win, and winners never quit. When you face life’s toughest moments, you answer with your unstoppable resolve. You persevere until you succeed because the greatest things in life often come with the cost of your blood, sweat, and tears. Quitting might come with temporary pain, but the scar to your soul will never go away. I thing that I will promise you is that when you do overcome your adversity and succeed, the reward will totally eclipse the pain it cost you to make it happen.

Sitting on Top of The World

Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

This Video is so Exhilarating

You have to see these people in action. They look like they are truly on top of the world. This has to be one of life’s most sensational feelings. I bet these individuals are just enjoying every moment of their lives. I bet they feel richer feeling than any of the worlds wealthiest people. Success is not always measured by what you have in your life. Success is measured by the way you lived your life. Your life can be truly extraordinary or your life can be miserably ordinary. Its entirely up to you. Check out this video to see an amazing experience and we will catch up afterwards.

Two Ways to Live Your Life

There really is only two ways to live your life. You can choose to sit on your coffin until you die. Or you can be sitting on top of the world. Most people believe that they can never make it to the top of the world so they end up sitting on their coffins until they sleep in them forever. It isn’t because anyone made them sit on their coffins. Its because they chose to sit on their coffins so they could lead a meaningless life. These people failed to protect themselves from the dark side of negative thinking and limiting beliefs. These people failed to have the willpower to persevere when life kicked them in the gut. Their examination of their lives convinced them that it was everyone else’s fault but theirs. These people have no hopes, no goals, no dreams, or no desires. They are pretty much just existing until they become extinct. These people could have all the money in the world yet they would be extremely poor.

My Energy Growth

Lately I’ve had countless people commenting about my unlimited energy. What these people don’t realize is that my energy is now growing by the day. Its crazy in a fabulous way. Imagine being a super motivated person, then imagine that motivation growing by the day, making you more motivated than you had ever been. That is the luxury I am enjoying in my life today. I am sitting on top of the world. You should really join me if you are not already here.

Sitting on Top of The World

My energy grows by the day because of the way that I live my life now. My mind, body, and soul are in sync like Beethoven at his best. My mind power is developing by the day as I am getting into the best shape of my life physically. This combination is giving my soul an unlimited amount of passion for life. I have never been this energized and alive in my life. I feel awesome. Ladies and gentleman, I have recently realized that there is only two ways to live your life. You can choose to sit on a coffin as you wait to die. Or you can step up and take control of your life so you can be sitting on top of the world.

Your Choice?

If I can feel this way, then so can you. You need to make a commitment to yourself that you are going to make each day better than the one before. You need to commit constant progress to your mind and your body. You need to unleash your inner Energizer Bunny and set your burning desire on fire. I am alive, I am dripping with a passion for life, and I am going to make the very best of my one chance here on this planet. My religion is my motivation and there is nothing you can say or do to stop my force. Criticism is just a disguised compliment so I am even drawing inspiration from my dreamstealers and my haters. No drug in the world can give you the feeling of sitting on top of the world.  Its entirely up to you to claim your place on top of this world. I can’t do it for you. Your better half can’t do it for you. Your cousin Bunny sure can’t do it for you. Its entirely up to you to get yourself to the top. When you see this view, you will have truly hit one of life’s pinnacles.

By the way. I have decided to fly in one of those suits. It is going to take some time to build up the experience required to be able to fly like that but I am determined to do it. Stay tuned for Hooman in a flying suit.

Goal Psychology. Fight Against Fat Part 5

Friday, November 6th, 2009

Today I reached 181 pounds, which is the lowest weight I have reached during my current diet and exercise plan. I have lost 25 pounds in 45 days. When I started my fight against fat on 9/23/09, I was weighing 205.8 pounds. I had got to the point where I had associated so much pain to my physique that my change wasn’t an option, my change had become a must. I decided that I wasn’t going to accept any other outcome except the outcome of complete success. However, that state of mind is often easier said than done. Fresh in my mind was the complete and utter failure of my last diet attempt. I attempted to lose 40 pounds last year and I failed miserably. I went from 205 pounds to 185 pounds. Once I tasted that success, I thought that my goal was going to be easier than I had previously considered. I couldn’t have been more wrong because I ballooned back up to 205 plus pounds almost within a blink of an eye. Learning from my last failure, I knew I had to add one more change to my goal action plan. I knew I had to change my goal psychology.

I learned a real hard lesson when it came to achieving my diet goals from my previous attempt. Some goals get easier to achieve as you get closer to the goal finish line. Not when it comes to losing weight and successful dieting. The closer you get to achieving your goal, the harder it is to cross that goal finish line. When it comes to dieting and exercise goals, you must work harder to achieve your goal as the closer you get.

This Time Around Failure Isn’t an Option For me

What I did with my goal psychology this time around is I decided to act as if I had already achieved my desired weight on the very first day of my diet. I still weighed 205.8 pounds, but in my mind I felt like I weighed 165 pounds, which was my desired perfect weight. I felt like I would have felt if I had been in the best shape of my life. I started thinking that I had already achieved my desired goal and I was in awesome shape. I started acting like someone who was in awesome shape. If I was tempted to violate my diet, I would ask myself, “Is this something I would eat if I was in incredible shape?” If I wanted to skip a workout I would ask myself, “Would someone in incredible shape skip their workout?” When I wanted to quit my workout early, I would ask myself, “Would someone in incredible shape quit their workout early?” This gave me the strength to overcome any temptations that presented themselves. This allowed my mind and my body to be in total harmony.

Think it, believe it, And Then You Will See it

Whether you want to attract something into your life or whether you want to achieve any goal, first you must think it. Then you must believe it. If you think it, and you firmly believe it, it is only then you will see it in your life. I have convinced myself that it is not a matter of if I am going to hit my desired weight of 165 pounds. Its a matter of when am I going to hit that number before my target date of 12/31/09.

My Dieting Dozens

I have two groups of people who are trying to achieve their fitness goals. Each group consists of 12 people. These individuals each have different fitness goals that they desire to achieve. However, the challenge that they face isn’t going to be easy. Dieting and exercise goals are difficult to accomplish. Because food is used as a comforter to many peoples problems, not only do you need major discipline, but you need an unlimited source of will power to overcome your desire to comfort yourself by reaching for food. Then you have the motivation factor. I can motivate them all I want, but they have to motivate themselves. I believe that motivation comes from within. If they don’t unleash the motivation from within to achieve their desired goals, they are going to fail. These individuals will often face that enemy from within them that will try to tell them to quit on a daily basis. How do I know? I face that enemy everyday. I can’t fight that battle of will power for them. It is entirely up to them to conquer that personal confrontation against that enemy from within on a daily basis. I believe that each and everyone of them can make it to their desired goal. What I don’t know is if they believe in themselves to achieve that desired goal. If you are a believer you will always be an achiever. They wouldn’t be letting me down if they fail, they wouldn’t be letting the GymFlex organization down that gave them free home gyms to use. They would only be letting themselves down. Trust me, letting yourself down SUCKS. Whether you are a part of our exercise program, or whether you are trying to achieve a some other type of goal. The biggest battle that you will ever face in your life, is the battle from within. Make sure you always slay that personal demon inside you because YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN. Go out there and kick some ASS.
