Three Types of People in This World

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

There are three types of people in this world. There’s the people who don’t care about making things happen. Then there’s the people who consistently make things happen. Then there’s those who criticize and envy those people who make things happen. Which one of these are you?

Don’t get the wrong idea about these individuals who don’t care about making things happen. They can’t make things happen because they are too busy working their tales off trying to make the impossible happen. I mean come on, do you really know how hard it is to focus your undivided attention on a wall clock for eight hours straight as you try to make time fly? I don’t care how long I look at the clock, I still can’t make time fly. Going to work for these people is like going to jail because they are only trying to do their time so they can leave. They don’t care what happens to their employer’s business. They don’t care that they are “Customer No Service Specialist”. The reality is that these people have convinced themselves that they will never amount to much. Their perception has become their reality.

Then there’s those who criticize and envy those achievers who make things happen. These people sit around and focus their thoughts on how life’s not fair. They give excuse after excuse on why they can’t do this or why they can’t achieve that. These people are the CEO’s of their field. You know, CHIEF EXCUSE OFFICER. Their specialty is CRITICIZING, CONDEMNING, and COMPLAINING about everything and everyone. These people are so busy hating and criticizing others that they don’t have enough time in their day to do anything else. How could anyone expect to achieve anything if all they do is worry about other people’s business? Ladies and gentleman, life is difficult enough as it is. You can’t afford to waste your precious thoughts and your precious time worrying about other people. These people just need to zip their lips and worry about their own lives. Don’t these people know that criticism is just a disguised compliment? Don’t they realize that being jealous and hating others is bad for your health? If you know anyone like this, make sure you avoid them like they are dripping with the swine flu. Remember you are only as good as the company that you keep.

Finally we get to talk about those individuals who consistently make things happen. What’s so special about these achievers? No, they weren’t raised on a four leaf clover farm. No, their parents didn’t feed them Frosted Lucky Charms as a baby. What separates these achievers from the rest of the world is their indomitable will to succeed. These people believed that they were capable of achieving much more than what they had previously achieved. These winners couldn’t handle being ordinary because their obsession in life was to achieve the extraordinary. These achievers believed that success was their only option and they refused to quit until they experienced the success that they desired. These people didn’t fear failure. They only feared not giving it their absolute best.

Look deep inside your soul. Have you really lived up to your true potential? Have you really given your life the effort required to make your dreams come true? Have you really given yourself a fair chance at making your dreams come true? Only you know the answer to that question. Play time is over. Don’t sell your life short. Focus on your hopes, goals, dreams, and desires. Its time to let it all hang out and go for the gold.

Average minds often dismiss the possibility of achieving something beyond their current capabilities. Movers and shakers never let anything get in their way of making their dreams come true. Its time for you to start shaking and baking. Turn up the flame on your burning desire to succeed so you can live the life you have always dreamed of.

Talk to Yourself The Right Way

Talk to Yourself

Would you ever go up to a friend and talk to them this way? “You loser, you are never going to amount to anything. You will never find happiness. You always fail at everything you try so why are you even going to waste your time. You are not smart enough to accomplish that. How in the world do you expect to get out of this mess?” Would you ever talk to anyone that way, let alone a friend? Of course you wouldn’t talk to anyone like that. What shocks me is that people consistently talk to themselves in that terrible manner and they wonder why their lives stink. I got news for you Captain Crunch, stinking thinking leads to a stinking life.

The quality of your life is going to depend on the quality of your thoughts. What you think, you will become. If you tell yourself you are a loser, you will always be a loser. Why would you sabotage your chances of achieving something if you are going to tell yourself that you are going to fail before you even try?

Research has shown that the power of positive thinking can make a major difference in the quality of someone’s life. Positive mental thoughts can change the behavior in under-achievers. Positive mental thoughts can lower stress levels. Positive mental thoughts can drastically improve your well being and your health. Positive mental thoughts can give you energy and motivation. Positive mental thoughts can improve someone’s athletic abilities. Positive mental thoughts can help you deal with adversity and challenges better. Do I need to continue or are you sold on the benefits of empowering thoughts? Just remember, the more empowering your thoughts, the more empowered your life will be.

Now if you have been mentally abusing yourself over the years with negative stinking thinking, it is going to be very hard to avoid thinking completely positive all the time. Negative thoughts are going to arise from time to time until you become a master of your thoughts. Don’t worry about it, don’t be extra hard on yourself with more negative stinking thinking. Just catch yourself from any additional negative thinking and change the focus of your thoughts to empowering thoughts. Over time your negative self talk will disappear and you will become a master of your thoughts.

The more you focus on empowering thoughts, the more your life will change for the better. Buddha said, “We are what we think. All that we are arises from within our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world.” When you become a master of your thoughts, impossible will no longer be in your vocabulary. The words I can’t will be replaced with I can. You will never fear failure again. You will achieve accomplishments beyond your current capabilities. Change your thoughts and you will change your life. Leave the negative stinking thinking for the rest of the world. You are on a mission to join the best of the world and the quickest way to do that is to become a master of your thoughts.

Life Changes Everyday

Life is an amazing experience that changes everyday. Sometimes life’s changes happen so fast that if you are not changing with it, you are going to be left behind. You definitely don’t want to be left behind because its hard to catch up. If you want a great example of life’s changes leaving people behind, all you have to do is just look at the countless people who still can’t operate the internet. Believe it or not, these people are out there. Are you changing with life? Or is life’s changes leaving you behind?

Change = Better

Humans have been thirsty for change since the days of the cave man. These changes have made our lives better and better with every change. Lets face it, no one has ever set out to make a change because they desired to make things worse. Our passion for change over the years has been inspired by our desire to make things better. How thirsty are you to make a change for the better?

Become a change artist. A change artist is someone who is committed to constant and never ending improvement. I don’t care who you are, or what you have accomplished. I guarantee you that there are many areas of your life that could benefit from improvement. Make your weaknesses your strengths. Make your strengths stronger than ever. Learn new skills that will make your life better. Strive for this improvement because if you don’t, there will always be someone who comes along who is smarter, stronger, better, faster than you are. If you don’t make it a point to change for the better, those change artist will pass you by. In today’s ultra competitive world, if you are not a change artist, you will be in danger of losing out to one.

What changes could you make that would make the quality of your life better?

What skills could you improve on?

What can you do to improve your communication skills with your loved ones and the rest of the world?

What can you do to improve your health?

What could you do to improve your knowledge?

What changes are you in desperate need of making?

Only you know the answers to those questions. Only you know what changes you need to make. Stop being in denial and start making the necessary changes that will drastically improve the quality of your life. Don’t let life change without you. Become a change artist and commit yourself to constant and never ending improvement. Even small changes lead to big improvements. Don’t let life get better without you. Life gets better by the day, make sure you get better with it.

Mt. Everest

Going to The Top of The World

Mt. Everest is a mystical place that attracts thousands of mountain climbers every year with a dream of successfully reaching the top. The summit of Mt. Everest is 29,035 feet above sea-level, it is affectionately known as the top of the world. Can you imagine what the view must be like from up there? When a mountain climber wants to reach the summit of Mount Everest, they don’t step away from it. They take little steps towards the summit. Some climbers take more little steps than others do to reach the top. I guarantee those climbers who have successfully climbed Mt. Everest didn’t care how many steps it took, they only cared about getting to the top and returning back safely. Lets face it, as long as you get to the top, the view is always the same.

There are all kinds of people who have scaled Mt. Everest. These men and women had a dream to do what so few have done. Everyone who has scaled Mt. Everest had a different story but they shared the same dream. The success stories that can be told about these extraordinary people are simply amazing to say the least. We can talk about fearless Mark Ingles, who lost both of his legs in a previous mountain climbing accident. This man scaled Mt. Everest on two artificial legs in 2006 to become the first double amputee to climb Mt. Everest. Then there is my friend Mark, his brother Erik Weihenmayer became the first blind man to climb Mt. Everest. When he first told me about his brother, I thought he was kidding. Not only was he serious, but he proceeded to tell me that Erik had climbed Mt. Everest two times. A blind man who scaled Mt. Everest twice? FORGETTABOUTIT. Are you kidding me? I think I saw Erik walking on water yesterday. Talk about two individuals who didn’t let their challenges get in the way of their dreams. Talk about believing in your abilities to make your dreams come true. These two achievers showed the world That anything is possible when you have a dream. I want to see someone try to tell these two achievers they can’t do something.

Secret to Success

“What is the secret to success Hooman?” That is one of the questions I constantly get asked wherever I go. In fact, I used to ask that same question myself whenever I met someone who was successful. The most common answer I would get is that cliche answer that everyone gives, “It requires lots and lots of hard work young man.” I am sure you’ve heard that too, haven’t you? I got news for you, it requires a little more than just hard work.

What they forget to tell me about is all the little steps that had to accompany all that hard work. They forgot to mention all the little decisions they had to successfully make along the way to achieve their dreams. Whether your dream is to become a multi-millionaire, get a higher education, climb Mt. Everest, or you want to get into the best shape of your life, you will only achieve your desired goals by continuously taking little steps in the right direction. I call this “SMART WORK” not hard work.

What is SMART WORK?

Hard work is what they do in construction, SMART WORK is what smart people do. Smart people ask themselves in the morning, “What can I do today, that will get me closer to achieving my desired goals?” They don’t waste their precious time playing games or beating around the bush. They are all about taking action towards the promise land of success. They can’t afford to waste time because that is only going to delay them from the success that they deeply desire. Smart people know that standing still is the same as moving backwards. Even if they only make a little progress everyday, as long as they are making progress in the right direction. They are committed to constant and never ending improvement so they know it will only be a matter of time before they achieve their desired goals. Smart people never lose their focus when it comes to achieving their hopes, goals, dreams, and desires. What are you focused on daily? What is your dream?

What Little Steps Are You Taking Daily?

Where are your little steps taking you? Are they running you around in circles? Are they taking you away from your desired goals? If your answer to that question is yes, then stop taking them. Stop navigating your life in the wrong direction. Start charting a course that is going to take you to the promise land of success. You are the pilot of your life, you are in total control of your destiny. Don’t go down that road that is going to lead you to nowhere, cause nowhere is still somewhere. Its just not where you want to be. Trust me, I have been nowhere in the past and the view sucks big time compared to the view from the promise land of success. Time is not on your side so stop wasting it. Now is the time to start taking those steps that are going to get you to your promise land of success. Even baby steps are better than standing still. So ask yourself this question everyday, “What can I do today that will get me closer to making my dreams come true?”

Taking Action Will Lead You to Success

INTENTION TO ACTION

Millions of people wake up everyday with the greatest intentions to achieve all kinds of amazing accomplishments. Countless people intend on making the world a better place with their fabulous inventions that they’ve been thinking of for ages. While countless people intend on improving their lives by becoming self employed or finding a better career. The list of these great intentions could go on forever. So many people have so many good intentions that they are drowning themselves with these GOOD intentions. Aldous Huxley said, “Hell isn’t merely paved with good intentions, it is walled and roofed with them.”

Great Intentions = What? Depends on YOU!

Whether your intention is to change your horrible attitude so you won’t be so negative all the time, improve the quality of your relationship with your partner, or to start exercising so you won’t feel like crap every time you look in the mirror, these intentions are absolutely WORTHLESS unless you are backing them up with MASSIVE ACTION.

In fact, some intentions could end up killing you if you don’t act upon them immediately. The smoker who intends on quitting ends up dead if they don’t take action and quit smoking. Obese individuals end up with all kinds of medical problems that all lead to death if they don’t take care of their health. The alcoholic can lose their life in many ways if they don’t quit their drinking. WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR INTENTIONS?

TIME FOR SOME ACTION

Now is not the time to take the tranquilizing drug of procrastination. Now is the time to take MASSIVE ACTION. You are not here forever, so WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? SOMEONE TO TAKE ACTION FOR YOU? Let me know how that works out for you. YOU AND ONLY YOU CAN TURN YOUR INTENTIONS INTO ACTIONS. Don’t be afraid to fail, BE AFRAID OF NOT TAKING ACTION. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. THE GREATEST RISK IS THE ONE THAT YOU DON’T TAKE. ACTION CONQUERS ALL FEAR. Get fired up and go after it with the FIERCE URGENCY OF RIGHT NOW. ACT AS IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FAIL. Stop intending and start doing. Whatever it is that you desire to do, JUST DO IT. People from all over the world are achieving greatness right as we speak. The only difference between you and them is ACTION.

REMEMBER, YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU DESIRE IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOUR ABILITIES TO ACHIEVE. JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN.

THINK IT

BELIEVE IT

THEN YOU WILL SEE IT

NOW GO OUT THERE AND TAKE SOME MASSIVE ACTION TODAY.

Saturday Night Fever

Stuck in a Moment And You Can’t Get Out

When I see someone rocking a ridiculous looking disco outfit that looks like it came from the movie Saturday Night Fever, I can’t help but wonder….. Is this guy trying to get arrested by the fashion police? Or is he just stuck in a moment that he can’t get out of? Whether its the scars of their past failures or the sweet memories of their GLORY DAYS, there are countless people who refuse to let go of their past.

Jan Glidewell said, “You can clutch the past so tightly to your chest that it leaves your arms too full to embrace the present.” Its very unhealthy and useless to waste your precious time dwelling on the pains and failures of yesterday because all you are doing is prolonging your pain. Wasting the present just adds to your wasted past because today is tomorrow’s yesterday. All this does is recycle your pain.

Now is definitely not the time to be living in the past. Now is definitely not the time to talk about what you use to be able to do. Now is the time to show the world what you can do NOW. No one can change the past but everyone can control their future. To succeed in today’s world is harder than ever. Don’t sabotage your future because you are stuck in the past. Focus your thoughts on making the rest of your life, the best of your life. Focus on the empowering thoughts that are going to elevate your life to new heights tomorrow. Your glory days are gone if you let them be gone.

I don’t care who you are, or what you have been through. Its never too late for you to make your dreams come true. Its never too late to get into the best shape of your life. Its never too late to experience that dream love that you have always desired. Its never too late to scratch that goal off your bucket list. Don’t worry about what others believe you can do, worry about what you believe you can do. YOU WANT GLORY? GO GET YOUR GLORY. You want success? GO GET IT NOW. You want to get in to shape? Then go get YOUR SEXY BACK. You want to climb the tallest mountain? THEN CLIMB IT ONE STEP AT A TIME UNTIL YOU GET TO THE TOP. You are in control of your future. You are the navigator of your life. Choose your destination and don’t stop until you get there. Use the obstacles in front of you as STEPPING STONES and NOT STUMBLING BLOCKS. Your dreams will only come true if you make them come true. Achieving greatness is always easier said than done, but I know there is nothing you can’t do if you believe in your abilities to achieve. All of my GLORY DAYS ARE AHEAD OF ME. WHAT ABOUT YOUR GLORY DAYS? ARE YOUR GLORY DAYS AHEAD OF YOU? OR ARE YOUR GLORY DAYS BEHIND YOU? Go out and make the rest of your life the best of your life. LETS TAKE SOME ACTION NOW BECAUSE YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU BELIEVE.

24 Hours to Live

Monday, January 18th, 2010

When I am out in public and I come across a person who is clearly miserable, I often wonder what could possibly be so wrong in this person’s life that has them acting this way. I ask myself, “Does this person realize how precious life is? Does this person understand that their lives could end within a blink of an eye?” Do you know someone like this? Do you realize how precious life is?

Nothing in the world is as precious as a human life. There are countless ways that one can lose their life in an instant. Look at the earthquake that has destroyed Haiti and ended all those lives. Do you think any of those poor people knew that they were living their last day? Do you think the people who have died in automobile accidents knew that their lives were going to end at the road ahead? Nobody knows when their time is near but that doesn’t mean that we can’t live like we only have 24 hours to live.

You should always live like you only have 24 hours to live. Living like you only have 24 hours to live doesn’t mean that you stop planning for the future. It doesn’t mean that you liquidate all your assets and quit your job. What it means is that your attitude reflects that your life is PRECIOUS. It means that when you wake up in the morning you jump up and clap your hands because YOU ARE ALIVE, YOU ARE ALERT, AND YOU FEEL GREAT. LIving like you have 24 hours to live means you never leave your loved ones without giving them a proper hug or a kiss. It means you don’t go to bed mad at the ones you love. It means you take your time to smell the roses. It means you put a pep in your step.

Life isn’t easy as it is, and it only gets harder when you desire more from it. Its guaranteed to deliver setbacks, defeats, and challenges that will rock you down to your knees. When life knocks you on your ass, what will dwelling in the past do for you? How do you think you will benefit from walking around with a miserable attitude? How is your subconscious mind going to like you asking it 1,000 times a day, “Oh my gosh, WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME?” Its going to hate it and you are going to hate your life.

The poor people of Haiti have dealt with so much trials and tribulations over their history, but what they are known for is their enduring spirits. They didn’t hate to be alive, they made the most of their lives. They are fighters and that’s why they have always persevered through the most difficult of circumstances. Don’t be your own SPIRIT SNIPER. Don’t dwell in the misery you have experienced in the past because you are destined to repeat. Think about what you can do to make all your dreams come true. Think about what you can do to empower yourself to achieve the results that you desire. Our lives follow our thoughts and our attitudes are everything. We are all created equal but what separates the best of the world, from the rest of the world is our minds and our hearts. Focus on empowering thoughts. Take control of your life now. Never stop believing and always look forward to the amazing promise and possibilities that tomorrow can bring. Always live your life like you only have 24 hours to live.

Develop Success From Your Failures

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

Some of the greatest achievers of all time have developed massive success from their past failures. Nothing can be more inspiring then the discouraging feeling and utter disappointment that accompany failing. Failing is a major part of life. It always has been, and it always will be. Learning how to use failure as a motivator will determine your future success when dealing with the trials and tribulations that failing often bring.

Thomas Edison’s 10,000 plus failed attempts at inventing electricity gave him the wisdom he needed in order to succeed. If it wasn’t for those failed experiments, he wouldn’t have known what type of filament to use in order to invent electricity. Life will teach you invaluable lessons if you let it. In order to succeed, you must fail so you will know what to do the next time around.

The key is to not let your failure’s get too personal. When you are chilling at your self-hosted loser party, singing the following lyrics, “OH MY GOODNESS, I JUST FAILED BIG TIME. OH NO, WHAT AM I GOING TO DO THIS TIME? MY LIFE IS OVER. I WILL NEVER MAKE IT.” It is precisely in this moment of stripped dignity that you must get a hold of yourself, and summon that SUPER HERO from within you. It is during this time of darkness that champions and achievers are born. It is during this time when you stop feeling sorry for yourself and remember that FAILURE IS JUST AN OUTCOME.

Always remember…… Failure is never permanent. Failure is just an outcome.  If you don’t get the outcome that you desire, you just keep changing your approach until you succeed. My past failures have never stopped me from succeeding and they shouldn’t stop you. If that was the case, we would all be wearing diapers still because none of us would’ve ever made it past the potty training stage. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success. Use your failures as stepping stones and not stumbling blocks and you will be amazed at how high you climb.

Reflection Time For America. Time For Some Change

Time to Make a Change

As we celebrate the holidays this year and get ready to bring in 2010, now is the perfect time to reflect upon where you are in your life if you haven’t already. Look long and hard at every aspect of your life to discover where you can make some changes and improvements. Sometimes the smallest changes can drastically improve the quality of your life. I don’t care if you are Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, or Barack Obama because everyone in the world can improve the quality of their lives. Take the time to evaluate yourself honestly and precisely to discover what changes or improvements you could make that would drastically improve the quality of your life?

Approximately 40 to 45% of American adults have at least one or more resolutions each year. Some of the most common resolutions are: The desire to get into better shape. The desire to quit smoking. The desire to have better money management. The desire to have better relationships. How successful are these people? Its ugly.

The following statistics show the fail rates for new year’s resolutions:

  • 25% quit the first week
  • 29% quit after two weeks
  • 36% quit after one month
  • 54% quit after 6 months

Over 54% of the people quit just after six months. Are you kidding me? Sometimes it takes years to change something. While these numbers are not promising, research shows that making resolutions is a useful thing to do. People who make new year’s resolutions are ten times more likely to achieve their goals than people who don’t make resolutions. I believe that new years resolutions might as well be called PROCRASTINATION DEADLINES because they give people an excuse to procrastinate on making the changes that they know they need to make. Delaying changes until January 1st instead of at the very moment that you discover that a change is necessary is totally amateurish. I wonder if the procrastination of waiting for the new year to make a change is responsible for these terrible numbers.

I always start on my new year’s resolutions the minute I discover what my desired outcomes are for the new year. Doing it this way allows me to create GOAL MOMENTUM towards achieving my desired goals. I don’t put it off for a later date. I don’t procrastinate until January 1st. I go after it with the fierce urgency of NOW. If you are delaying a change that you need to make, I guarantee you its because you are not ready to make a change. People can talk about one day making a change, but unless they are totally committed to doing whatever it takes to make that change, chances are they will fail miserably.

Most people fail when it comes to making a lasting change. Many people desire to change their lives for the better, but the minute that they face some adversity or difficulties along the way, they usually quit and go back to their old ways. Lets face it, quitting in the face of adversity is always easier than being resilient and doing whatever it takes to succeed. Anyone is capable of making any change they desire. The question is, do they really desire to make a change? If you really want change in your life, you must be the catalyst of your own change, you must realize that the only person in the world that can make that change is you.

Here are 3 steps to making a lasting change. Write down these steps along with your answers in a journal. Review your journal and your desired goals daily until you achieve the results that you desire.

1. Decide exactly what it is that you desire to change. Be very specific. Ask yourself what is stopping you today from making that change? Write down how bad you want to make this change. Write down how hard you are going to work until you make this change. Write down what your reward is going to be when you achieve your desired change.

2. Get massively motivated to change. You have to create as much goal momentum as you can. Creating goal momentum can turn you into a powerful force that is totally focused and obsessed with making the change that you desire.

A. The more pain you link to not changing, the motivation you will have to change. Get yourself to associate massive pain to not changing now. Write down all the negative outcomes that will happen to you if you don’t change now. Write down as many negatives as you can think of. The more the better. Ask yourself, “How will my life be if I don’t make this change now?” Make your pain so intense that you will be terrified of putting off your change. The more compelling “WHY REASONS” you have to change, the more determination and motivation you will have to change.

B. Focus on of all the pleasure you will have in your life when you achieve the change that you desire. Write down as many compelling reasons as you can so that you motivate yourself to make this change. The more reasons you write down, the more inspired you will be to make this change happen. Ask yourself, “How incredible will I feel when I make this change? Who else in my life will benefit from me making this change? What kind of momentum will my change create in my life?” You have to get yourself to realize that your change is an absolute must. One of the best ways to make that change a must is to create a massive amount of urgency relating to why you have to change now. You must be absolutely determined to make this change now. If you are not determined to change now, you will not have enough motivation to change ever.

3. You must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will achieve the change that you desire. You must believe that your change is a must and your only option. You must eliminate failure from your vocabulary. Remember, failure is just an outcome. If you don’t get the outcome you are looking for, you must change your approach until you succeed. You must have a burning desire to succeed pushing your desire to change. You must be willing to give it your absolute best and nothing less. You have to make an unbreakable commitment to yourself that you are not giving up until you succeed because success is your only option.

To change your life, you must fully understand what needs to be changed. Being in denial is like being in disguise. You are only fooling yourself. If you really want change in your life, you must be the catalyst of your own change. Remember, no one can make changes for you. You are on your own. Don’t be your own worst enemy. I know you can achieve anything you desire. Get excited about changing your life NOW. Make your desired change your obsession and it won’t be a matter of if you will be successful, it will only be a matter of when you will be successful. Take your passion and make it happen now.

Get Rid of Your Limiting Beliefs

Friday, December 18th, 2009

With the new year approaching soon, many people will have new hopes, goals, dreams, and desires. The problem is that most people will not take any action towards the manifestation of these ambitions. Why is that these people will think of these new goals, but they will not do anything to make them happen? I would place the blame on their limiting beliefs. They just don’t believe that they can achieve the results that they desire. Most people who are underachievers have a long list of limiting beliefs. Any major personal achievement begins with a change in beliefs. Your beliefs are everything, they have the power to make you or break you.

The important thing to do is to identify any limiting belief that you may have. The best way to do this is to question this belief. Follow these steps to replace your limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs.

1. What is wrong with this belief? List as many reasons as you can.

2. What has this limiting belief prevented me from achieving in the past? What has this belief cost me up to now? How has this belief limited my past success and happiness? List as many reasons as you can. Make it as painful as possible.

3. If I don’t make a change now, what will this belief cost me in the future? List as many reasons as you can. Don’t forget to make it as painful as possible.

4. Visualize the painful consequences that these limiting beliefs will bring you. Make it a very painful visualization. I mean make it nasty. REAL NASTY

5. Decide that enough is enough. You will no longer suffer the consequences of your old limiting beliefs. Our brains are always trying to avoid pain, the more pain we associate to our limiting beliefs, the more empowered we will be to change them.

6. Write down a new empowering belief for every limiting belief you are getting rid of.

7. Reinforce the strength of these new empowering beliefs by visualizing the countless benefits these new beliefs will bring you. Think it, believe it, and then you will see it in your life. The more benefits you associate to these beliefs, the more empowered you will be. Focus on how these new empowering beliefs will change your life. How they will benefit your family and friends.

With an empowering belief system, there is no limit to the outcomes that you can accomplish. The more empowering your beliefs, the more empowered you will be. Take your passion and make it happen.
