What Would you Celebrate if…..

Monday, January 12th, 2009

What would you celebrate if you didn’t have a problem in the world? Would you help others who were in need? Would you always have a smile on your face? Would you go out of your way to make people happy? How would you spend your days? Happiness comes from within. Are you getting in the way of your own happiness? Are you preventing yourself from celebrating life? I know we all have problems in life. Some are real problems, some are exaggerated problems. Problems are problems, but the beauty of all problems is that they can be solved. It all comes done to how we handle these problems that we have. Some of us handle pressure better than others. The bottom line is this, are you going to let your problems get to you? Or are you going to get to your problems? Don’t let life eat you up. If you have a problem don’t worry, because the more you worry, the bigger the problem will get. Become a problem solver. Take action to overcome your problems. Just don’t worry about your problems. Worry only causes more problems. Actions eliminate problems. So look at your problems as opportunities to solve a problem. Your future comes down to how you see it. Is your future brighter than ever? It will be if your outlook for the future is. Celebrate life, because life is beautiful and very precious. Never let a negative thought enter your head. It is impossible to feel bad when your thoughts are good. Start tomorrow off as a celebration. In fact, celebrate everyday that you get out of bed because you have an opportunity to make your day better than ever. Your life is what you make of it, so make your life extraordinary. Celebrate everyday because you will never know when the party ends. Celebrate life.

New Study Shows Happiness Is Contagious. Who Have You Infected Lately?

Monday, December 8th, 2008

Happiness is something we all should strive to have in our lives. Happiness is very contagious. It was discovered in a recent study that if someone is smiling, it can have an impact on everyone who comes in contact with that person. Yes it is true, you can catch a case of the “HAPPYS” from anyone. Yet it surprises me that not everyone really wants to be happy. Some people don’t believe they can find happiness, so they give up on the possibility of being happy. This would be okay if they would move to misery island but the problem is that these people don’t want to go to misery island alone. Misery loves company, so they strive to bring others down with them, so they won’t be lonely in their state of misery. Sometimes these dream stealers are their friends, sometimes these dream stealers are people in their jobs. The worst is when its people in their families. Whenever you encounter anyone negative in your life, you must address this issue at once. You wouldn’t let cancer stay in your body if you had it. You would do everything in your power to get rid of it. So why would you let negativity and misery to stay in your life?

You need to do attack negative people with the same tenacity as you would fight a deadly form of cancer. You need to address it as if your life is on the line. If someone around you is negative, you need to attack it with all the love and enthusiasm that you have. You need to fight this negativity with a passionate and positive attitude so you can save that person’s life. If you don’t see them wanting to change, then there is nothing you can do. Everyone deserves to be happy, yet for some strange reason or another, some people can’t accept that there is a problem with them, so they will keep on living in the lap of misery. Some people can’t see that the way they live is not the proper way to live. Its hard for these people to change because they are afraid of change. They don’t want to change because they are not ready to commit to what is required of them to change their lives. Show them the light, show them what it is like to be happy. Happiness comes from within. Everyone is capable of being happy, the problem is, do they desire to be happy? You can’t desire this change for them, they have to desire this change for themselves. However, if you enable them by ignoring their poisonous way of life, you are putting yourself at a higher risk of being like them.

Life is too short and precious to be sad and miserable. You never know when your life is going to end. You don’t get an email telling you that today is the day that your life is over. That is why you need to live every moment of every day with as much passion as possible. You can never be passionate enough about your life. You can never be enthusiastic enough about your life. You should be dripping with passion and enthusiasm so you can get the people around you get infected with your spirit.

I want you to get proactive with your spirit to change the world. I want you to try to touch as many lives as you can with your attitude. We can change the world one thought at a time. We can change the world with one smile at a time. It is us against them, it is the happy people vs. the miserable people. Good will always prevail, it always has and it always will. There will be times when you may lose a battle but you will never lose the war. Go out there and make the world a better place. We are the creators of our future, our lives can only be as great as we make them. I don’t know about you, but I know about me, I am committed to change as many lives as I possibly can. Remember, happiness comes from within, but happiness is very contagious. Infect the world with your joy and happiness.
