Three Types of People in This World

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

There are three types of people in this world. There’s the people who don’t care about making things happen. Then there’s the people who consistently make things happen. Then there’s those who criticize and envy those people who make things happen. Which one of these are you?

Don’t get the wrong idea about these individuals who don’t care about making things happen. They can’t make things happen because they are too busy working their tales off trying to make the impossible happen. I mean come on, do you really know how hard it is to focus your undivided attention on a wall clock for eight hours straight as you try to make time fly? I don’t care how long I look at the clock, I still can’t make time fly. Going to work for these people is like going to jail because they are only trying to do their time so they can leave. They don’t care what happens to their employer’s business. They don’t care that they are “Customer No Service Specialist”. The reality is that these people have convinced themselves that they will never amount to much. Their perception has become their reality.

Then there’s those who criticize and envy those achievers who make things happen. These people sit around and focus their thoughts on how life’s not fair. They give excuse after excuse on why they can’t do this or why they can’t achieve that. These people are the CEO’s of their field. You know, CHIEF EXCUSE OFFICER. Their specialty is CRITICIZING, CONDEMNING, and COMPLAINING about everything and everyone. These people are so busy hating and criticizing others that they don’t have enough time in their day to do anything else. How could anyone expect to achieve anything if all they do is worry about other people’s business? Ladies and gentleman, life is difficult enough as it is. You can’t afford to waste your precious thoughts and your precious time worrying about other people. These people just need to zip their lips and worry about their own lives. Don’t these people know that criticism is just a disguised compliment? Don’t they realize that being jealous and hating others is bad for your health? If you know anyone like this, make sure you avoid them like they are dripping with the swine flu. Remember you are only as good as the company that you keep.

Finally we get to talk about those individuals who consistently make things happen. What’s so special about these achievers? No, they weren’t raised on a four leaf clover farm. No, their parents didn’t feed them Frosted Lucky Charms as a baby. What separates these achievers from the rest of the world is their indomitable will to succeed. These people believed that they were capable of achieving much more than what they had previously achieved. These winners couldn’t handle being ordinary because their obsession in life was to achieve the extraordinary. These achievers believed that success was their only option and they refused to quit until they experienced the success that they desired. These people didn’t fear failure. They only feared not giving it their absolute best.

Look deep inside your soul. Have you really lived up to your true potential? Have you really given your life the effort required to make your dreams come true? Have you really given yourself a fair chance at making your dreams come true? Only you know the answer to that question. Play time is over. Don’t sell your life short. Focus on your hopes, goals, dreams, and desires. Its time to let it all hang out and go for the gold.

Average minds often dismiss the possibility of achieving something beyond their current capabilities. Movers and shakers never let anything get in their way of making their dreams come true. Its time for you to start shaking and baking. Turn up the flame on your burning desire to succeed so you can live the life you have always dreamed of.

Letting Yourself Down Isn’t a Sport

Letting Yourself Down Doesn’t Have to be Your Sport of Choice

Do you ever ask yourself what has been holding you back from reaching your full potential? Do you ever wonder why you have found yourself failing over and over again? Have you ever quit something that you previously thought was your life’s calling? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you have had a case of the LETDOWNS. Don’t feel bad, I have been guilty of this and so has the rest of the world.

Letting yourself down is a sport that many people enjoy. I can’t tell you how many times I have let myself down past. The reason so many people let themselves down is because its so easy to let yourself down. Its so easy to quit something. Lets face it, most people don’t like discomfort. Most people don’t like adversity. Most people love making excuses because it becomes someone else’s fault instead of theirs. “I am working this job because……” “I was going to be an entrepreneur but it didn’t happen because of……..” “I was supposed to be a pro golfer but we had a baby and I couldn’t do it because……..” “I was going to be a doctor but I work at Radio Shack because……” For everyone who failed at something because of whatever lame excuse they like to use, there is countless others who achieved their desired goals while facing even more adversity than the excuse makers. The human spirit is absolutely remarkable, it can drive you to do whatever you choose to do if you want it bad enough. Achieving greatness isn’t easy. It is guaranteed to be difficult along the way. You will experience setbacks and failures. You will experience self doubt and criticism from people around you. The dream stealers of the world will try to conquer your spirit. Its entirely up to believe in your abilities to achieve the greatness that you desire. Its entirely up to you to make it happen.

Achieve Your Desired Goals by Following These 4 Simple Steps

1. It is critical that you reset your mind of the past so you can focus on the future. You can’t change your letdowns of the past. What you can control is your future. I don’t care how many times you have failed in the past, it doesn’t matter. I don’t care who in your family or your circle of friends believes that you can’t achieve the goals that you desire, it doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is that you must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can achieve any goal you desire. Believers are achievers and until you become a believer, you will never be an achiever. Start believing now.

2. Focus your thoughts on the results that you desire. You have to know exactly what it is you want to achieve. Anyone who is successful will tell you that they knew exactly what they wanted to achieve. They will also tell you that achieving their desired goals became their obsession. Focus your thoughts on your desired outcomes as much as you can. Achieving your desired goal must become a part of your everyday life. Eat it, breathe it, and sleep it.

3. Take immediate action towards achieving your desired goals. Those who achieved greatness didn’t sit around and let things happen, they made things happen. They worked their butts off until they achieved the results that they desired. They lost sleep, they skipped meals, they did what they had to. They made sacrifices that the average person wouldn’t even consider. Take massive action everyday towards achieving your goals. Be prepared to do whatever it takes to be successful.

4. Be aware of your current results. If you are not getting the results that you desire, keep changing your approach until you achieve your desired goals. Stay committed to your desired outcomes no matter how many times you fail. Get failure out of your vocabulary. Remember, there is no such thing as failure. Failure is just an outcome. If you don’t get the outcome that you desire, you must keep changing your approach until you succeed at getting the results that you desire. Everyone in life gets knocked down, but life only rewards those who get back up. Thomas Edison failed over 10,000 times when he tried to invent electricity. His commitment to persistence allowed him to achieve his desired outcome of inventing electricity. Thomas Edison said that he had tried so many different options that he had no choice but to succeed. How is that for dedication?

Think it, believe it, and then you will see it. Take your passion and make something spectacular happen.

Secret to Success isn’t the Law of Attraction

Secret to Success

Do you ever wish you had the secret to success? If you only had the secret that all those successful achievers had, you too could have the success that you have always dreamed of. It doesn’t matter what your definition of success is, what matters is whether or not you believe in your abilities to achieve the success that you desire.

Norman Vincent Peale said, “People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking that they can do things. When they believe in themselves they have the first secret of success. Do you ever wonder how a millionaire can lose their fortune and then come back after reinventing themselves to achieve even greater success than they previously had? Do you think these people are lucky? Do you think they know something that you don’t know? What these achievers know is that they can achieve anything they believe. They are the go-getters of this world, they don’t wait for things to happen, they make things happen. These are the believers of this world.

Are You Really a Believer?

But Hooman, I was a believer too and I didn’t make my dreams come true. Were you really a believer? Or did you doubt your abilities when times got hard and you had a setback or two? Napoleon Hill said, “No man ever achieved worthwhile success who did not, at one time or another, find himself with at least one foot hanging well over the brink of failure.” Most people have failed to make their dreams come true because they quit too soon. How do you know when to quit? It’s always too early to quit when you are chasing your dreams. Your dreams will only come true if you do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. ITS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. I can’t stress that enough.

Leading Causes of Failure

One of the leading causes of failure is that people hate feeling the pain that seizes their soul when they experience the trials and tribulations that accompany failure. Everyone in life gets knocked down, but life only rewards those who get back up. You are only defeated when you have accepted failure as your reality. You must refuse to lose. Believe that you can make it happen no matter what obstacle comes your way because if you are a believer, then you will always be an achiever. It doesn’t matter what the dream stealers and non-believers believe you can achieve. It only matters what you believe you can achieve. Do you want financial security? Do you want a better career? Do a better body? Do you want a better relationship? Whatever it is that you desire, its entirely up to you to make it happen. Tell yourself a thousand times a day “I can achieve anything I believe.” Remember the famous words of Henry Ford, “Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can’t, you are right. I believe in you. Do you believe in you? Take your passion and make your dreams happen. Its only impossible if you think it is.

16 Differences Between Achievers and Non-Achievers

Difference Between Achievers and Under-Achievers

Everyone has the inspiration inside of them to achieve anything they desire. The question is IF they desire to achieve greatness? We are all created equal but not everyone is getting the same results. There are over-achievers and there are under-achievers. A very small percentage of the world is successful while the majority of the world is just getting by. What’s the difference between these two? I thought you would never ask.

Achievers and Non-Achievers

1. Achievers have a dream. Non-Achievers don’t.

Achievers have a plan and they work their plan. Non-achievers plan on nothing.

2. Achievers believe they can. Non-achievers believe they can’t.

3. Achievers believe in their abilities to achieve the success that they desire. Non-achievers believed whoever told them that they would never make it.

4. Achievers are empowered by their thoughts. Non-achievers are demoralized by their thoughts.

5. Achievers are motivated by their burning desire to succeed. Non-achievers have no burning desire to succeed.

6. Achievers get inspired by challenges. Non-achievers walk away from challenges.

7. Achievers don’t believe in failing. They keep trying different approaches until they succeed. Non-achievers believe they are destined to fail. They usually give up trying after a few tries.

8. Achievers work hard and play harder. Non-achievers are all play and barely work.

9. Achievers are always positive because they know how important a positive mental attitude is. Non-achievers are always negative and they criticize those who are positive.

10. Achievers always try to help others achieve greatness. Non-achievers try to sabotage other peoples success.

11. Achievers look for opportunities. Non-achievers let opportunities go to achievers.

12. Achievers are innovative, creative, and passionate about their lives. Non-achievers are lazy, boring, and they lack passion.

13. Achievers hold themselves accountable. Non-achievers make excuses and always blame someone else for their failures.

14. Achievers embrace change. They consistently try to grow because they are committed to constant and never ending improvement. Non-achievers are afraid to change because they think that there is nothing wrong with them.

15. Achievers never settle for anything less than the best. Non-achievers always settle for just okay.

16. Achievers always stretch their abilities so they can learn something beyond their current capabilities. Non-achievers rarely try to accomplish something new because they are afraid to fail.

If there is anything you can think of, please share with me in the comments section.

Remember, you can achieve anything you desire.
