Use Your Communication Skills To Get The Most Out Of Life.

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

Communication is the most important thing in your life, so it is imperative that you master the art of your communication skills. The quality of your life is going to depend on the quality of your communication with yourself and with others. You must immediately work on this area if you are not a master in the art of communication. Work on your delivery. Work on your knowledge of others interest. Work on being eloquent with your words. Show your class as a wordsmith. Speak nice with everyone because it is nice to be important but it is more important to be nice. Always give sincere compliments to your loved ones, your friends, and total strangers. Mark Twain said if you give someone a good compliment it will last them three months. Communication and human relationships are 85% of the keys to success. Technical knowledge is only 15%. I can’t stress enough the importance of your communication skills. One of the most important skills you can master is the art of being a master communicator. Be genuinely interested in others. Make sure you see things from your point of view as well as from other people’s point of view. Being a great communicator also requires you to be a great listener. Make sure you are not doing all the talking. Encourage people to tell you about themselves. Remember, people’s favorite subject is usually themselves. The more you talk about common interests, the better your communications will be with the person you are interacting with. Make the other person feel special and important. Don’t forget to smile as much as you can. Follow these tips to get the most out of your communication because communication is truly the key to your future.

These Dropouts Became Huge Achievers. These Great Minds Didn’t Use Lack Of Education As A Limiting Belief.

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

Dropouts Who Have Gone On To Achieve Greatness.

You can no longer use your lack of education as the reason you are not where you desire to be. America’s first millionaire, John Jacob Astor was a high school dropout. John D. Rockefeller Sr. was America’s first billionaire, who also was a high school dropout. Here is a list of some of the greatest and most recognized companies in the world that were founded by dropouts: Apple, Microsoft, Netscape, Kodak, Polaroid, Famous Amos, Disney, Ford, Holiday Inn, Learjet, Bank of America, McDonalds, Motown Records, Polo, JetBlue, Dunkin Donuts, NBC, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendy’s, Whole Foods, Domino’s, and Rolling Stone Magazine. I am sure there is more names that could be added to that list. Then there are the high school graduates that have gone on to make millions like Richard Branson of Virgin. Are these people stupid because they didn’t go to college? Obviously not. They will probably go down as some of the smartest people ever. What were the difference between these people and the people who went on to get their college degrees? I bet the difference between them was their vision for the future. These achievers didn’t believe that failure was an option. They were driven by their passions and their abilities to make things happen. I bet they didn’t have the same limiting beliefs that the average person has. These people dreamed big and achieved bigger. They knew what they wanted and they didn’t stop until they had achieved their desired outcomes.

Constant Education Is A Must.

You don’t need a teacher or a professor to learn from. What you need is a desire to learn forever. Position yourself to learn everyday because you are on a life long quest for never ending education. Read as much as you can daily, listen to audio books while in your car, research online. Be innovative with your learning, what works for you may be different than what works for me. I am currently experimenting with sleeping and listening to motivational audio books. I have heard it works, but I am eager to find out for myself. I am sure it can’t hurt me, but what I can confirm is knowing that I am sleeping as I try to get more motivation has definitely made me more motivated. When you are doing something as empowering as learning, it just gives you an instant gratification because you know you are a better person for learning something new. Learn, learn, learn because life is just one big learning experience.

Failures, Failures, Failures.

Henry Ford said, “Win or learn, there is no failure.” There is other ways you can learn besides learning by reading or researching online. You can learn so much from your failures in your life. You must look at failure as a stepping stone and not a stumbling block. Use each failure as a step to success, bringing you one step closer to making your dreams come true. You must believe that there is no such thing as failure, only learning experiences. I just don’t believe in failure any more. I have conditioned my mind to look at it as just a part of the process. Once I learned to view failure this way, I started failing less and less. This will allow you to overcome any fear of failing because it won’t be a matter of if any more. It will only be a matter of when you will make it happen. Go out there and live, learn, and share with others. Never stop your education because you can never learn enough.

The Success Strategies Of The Greatest Minds Of All Time.

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

The beautiful thing about success is that there are many ways to achieve it. Some people make their success look easy, while others make success look difficult to achieve. Let me tell you that it wasn’t the success that came easy for those people, it was their persistent effort towards achieving their success that made it look easy for them. Success is never easy to achieve because if it was easy, then everyone would be successful. If you are smart, you can empower yourself to achieve any outcome you desire by modeling the characteristic traits of some of the most successful people of all time. Modeling these achievers will have you elevating your skills beyond your current abilities to achieve the outcomes that you desire. Success leaves clues so here are some of the best clues that I can share with you about the beliefs of achievers who consistently achieved the kind of results that the average person could only dream about.

Success Leaves Clues

1. These achievers were in total control of their thoughts and actions, empowering them to be the master of their destinies. You have to eliminate any negative thoughts or limiting beliefs that will convince you that you can’t achieve the success that you desire. Henry Ford said, “Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can’t, you are right.”

2. The greatest minds knew exactly what they wanted from their future and there was never anything that was going to prevent them from making it happen. They kept trying different approaches until they achieved everything that they desired to achieve. They used each failure as a learning experience so they could begin again with a better understanding of how to achieve their desired outcomes.

3. These achievers had unbelievable expectations for their future. Their vision for future achievement was so extraordinary that most people wouldn’t dare to be that creative with their thoughts. They didn’t care what others believed they could achieve. Many people have doubted Virgin CEO Richard Branson’s abilities over the years and he has proved them wrong every time. The sky is no longer the limit for this high school graduate because Virgin Airlines sister company, Virgin Galactic will be flying tourist into outer space for their family vacations in 2010. Talk about stretching your abilities to the next level where your competition can’t even compete with you.

4. These achievers were masters of communication. They knew that the quality of their lives would be determined by the quality of their communications. Great communications is a very important characteristic trait of all successful people. Make sure you become a master communicator because those who master this skill, will definitely be a master of their destinies.

5. Persistence is very critical if you want to achieve the greatest outcomes imaginable. These achievers were so persistent that there was never a doubt in their minds that they would achieve the outcomes that they desired.

6. They were obsessed with achieving the success that they were after, however they were very flexible in their approach towards achieving their goals. They would never hesitate to try something that was beyond their abilities. They were so open minded that they would be willing to try anything to get the results that they desired.

7. They were so passionate about their mission because their burning desire to succeed was so great that all of their thoughts and efforts were dedicated to their success. All of their efforts were focused on their dreams of success.

8. They had a unique ability to see things from their point of view, as well as from other people’s point of view.

9. These achievers knew that they would constantly have to improve their skills if they wanted to stay ahead of their competition. This left them eager to learn new skills all the time because they wanted to be the best at what they did.

10. They believed in their abilities to achieve anything that they desired. They believed that they were the creator of their future. They believed that they were the masters of their destiny. They had total control of their thoughts at all times which empowered them to achieve any outcome that they desired. Your thoughts become things. All outcomes and experiences in our lives are a direct result of our focused thoughts and our dominate mental attitude. Focus your thoughts on the greatest outcomes of your future as you make your dream life your reality.

I hope you enjoy these success strategies of the most successful people of all time. Focus on your future and give your life everything you got so you can live the life that you have always dreamed of.

Your mind is an amazing force that can be used to get you everything you want in life. Your mind can be used to create the future that you have always dreamed of. However, many people go through their lives miserable because they are not happy with where they are in their lives. These people are certainly not getting the highest and best use from their minds because they have negative thoughts. They have negative beliefs that limit their abilities because they have convinced themselves that they can’t achieve what they desire. All of our experiences in life are the direct result of our thoughts and our dominant mental attitudes. Our attitude towards life is so important because it affects the way that we think. Are thoughts eventually become our realities. The secret to life is that if you are in control of your thoughts, you will be in control of your future making anything possible. All achievements in our lives are linked to our thoughts. You can achieve anything you believe. Most people make excuses in their lives why they are not where they want to be because they are not ready to accept responsibility for their own actions. The only way that you are going to live the life of your dreams is by becoming conscious of the power of your thoughts. You are in control of the quality of your thoughts and your thoughts are everything. When you learn to control your thoughts, you will be in total control of your future because you will only focus on the results that you desire. You will have an unstoppable belief system that will give you the confidence that you can achieve whatever you desire because you are the master of your thoughts. Mastering your thoughts will empower you to stretch your abilities to achieve the greatest outcomes imaginable. What Can You Learn From The Tampa Bay Rays That Can Help You In Your Life?

Monday, October 20th, 2008

There is so much to learn from the Tampa Bay Rays going to the World Series whether you are a sports fan or not. Their amazing story of going from the worst team in baseball to winning the American League Championship Series by defeating the Boston Red Sox in game seven, has been truly inspirational to watch. The Rays have been the perennial doormat of baseball, finishing dead last in their division eight of the last nine years. They play in the toughest division in baseball against teams like the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. Theses two teams usually compete for the top spot in the American League East division on an annual basis. They have the highest payrolls in baseball as they spend huge amounts of money to win every year. Tampa Bay Rays decided it was their time now. They believed they could achieve their goals when others said they couldn’t. Tampa Bay has one of the lowest payrolls in baseball, yet they were able to win their division and go all the way to the world series. They showed the world their heart and desire by eliminating the Boston Red Sox, who were the defending World Series champions. Talk about David defeating Goliath, Tampa Bay showed the world that it is not about your past, it is all about your future. Nobody believed they would even win half of their games. The Rays put up a regular season record of 97-65 to win their division. Then they shocked the world by beating Boston, becoming only the second team in history to go from the worst team in baseball to the best. Absolutely amazing is the only way to describe their season. They showed the world that it isn’t about the size of the dog, it is all about the fight of the dog that counts. Life is all about how bad you want it. The Tampa Bay Rays have shown the world how bad they want it. Life is about the desire that you have to achieve. The Tampa Bay Rays have shown the world their desire to achieve. If the Tampa Bay Rays can go from worst place to the World Series, then anything is possible. You can achieve anything that you desire if you believe in your abilities. You can achieve anything if you want it bad enough. It is not what others believe you can do, it is all about what you believe you can do. Go out there and achieve anything you desire, because if the Rays did it, then so can you. Congratulations Tampa Bay, you are America’s team. Win the World Series so you can show the world that anything can happen.

Long-term Thinking Will Improve Your Short-term Decision Making.

Monday, October 20th, 2008

Successful people always have a positive outlook for their future. When you focus on the future and all of its possibilities, you will improve your long-term thinking as well as your short-term decision making. These people seem to make better decisions and choices about their daily lives and they have better time management skills compared to the people who just don’t give their future that much thought. The best thinkers have always had a clear vision of what they had wanted from their future. Every decision they make is clearly consistent with achieving what they desire from their future. Make sure you have a clear vision of what is important to you so you can put your best efforts towards manifesting your desired outcomes. Successful people think long-term because they know what they want from their future. It is simple for them because they will not let anything get in their way. Unsuccessful people are always thinking of instant gratification. They don’t have the will to do something monumental in their lives. They always are thinking of the short-term instead of the long-term. That is why they will only get mediocre results from their actions. The people who desire outstanding results from their future will often make their day to day actions outstanding because they know it will be only benefiting their future. Take control of your thoughts to make your future exactly the way that you want it to be.
